DIY Spanish tetilla cheese with pepper jelly
Simple toast with non-homemade ricotta, honey and lemon zest
Watermelon salad with queso blanco and surprise jalapeno peppers
A token green side salad with tahini dressing
Barely roasted leg of lamb with parsley, garlic and more lemon zest.

I just made:
Moroccan Lamb Tagine in couscous
Salad with herbs and yoghurt
Spiced lamb shoulder munchies
And for dessert:
Watermelon, cherries, frozen grapes, and pistachios.
