- bulgar veggie burgers with lime mayonnaise

Dinner Description: 

Last week another exciting first: voluntary vegetarian. Thanks to our hosts, Dana and Jason; our bartender, GL; and our chefs, Shamil and Alissa. Wild and constraining though their theme seemed, the outcome was delicious. I'll send out the menu as soon as I get it, but you know that what you really want to see is their recipe for burgers and fries. Thanks to our post-op and post-attack guests for being good sports. Thanks to all who came early and to all who brought wine.

See you this Thursday, 7/24/08. Every Supper Club is momentous, but this one will be the 20th. That's the China Anniversary for those of you who celebrate. RSVP by Wednesday at noon. I'll bring the dishes.
