Fried Clam Belly with Homemade Tartar Sauce, Chives, and Gilled Scallion.

Chicken Two Ways: Herb Poached Breast with Homemade Spicy Mustard, Panko Fried Chicken Fingers with Roasted Potatoes and Leeks.

AMC's addition:
Dessert1: chocolate pie with strawberries and toaster-oven meringue
Dessert2: chocolate pie with whipped cream and lemon date scale
