Shamil's menu:

• Frisée and endive salad with warm brussels sprouts and toasted pecans
• French onion soup
• Mussels with spicy white wine tomato broth
• French fries with three kinds of mayo
• Crème brulée tart

Dinner Description: 

Storm successfully braved. Thanks to everyone for coming to Brooklyn last night and especially to Dana and Jason for hosting and Shamil and Alissa for making the best bistro dinner ever. I couldn't even begin to say which of the three kinds of mayo was my favorite. Seriously. Maybe the curry one?

In other news, Supper Club turns one on January 31st! That's one whole year of near-weekly cooking, eating, and merry-making. Mark your calendars for a 5:00 Saturday dinner and more of the same. Black tie optional. Black tie is always optional, by the way.
