Dinner Description: 

Some thanks are due for last week. Thanks to Jay for agreeing to host in spite of his early morning at work. Thanks to Ben for cooking, despite the last minute schedule wrangling. Fantastic dinner, by the way. Menu is below and I have to say that your pork roast was incredible. Hooray for having our gas turned back on.

And speaking of cooking with no gas, I'd like to say thanks to my mother for playing Supper Club Mom all summer long and generally covering for me all of the time while I was sort of busy and distracted. A thousand thank yous and I hope that you enjoyed it.
